I want you to love your Maille’Afire jewelry! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and repairs work.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
To start a return, please email mailleafire@gmail.com with your order info.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on my part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll issue a refund (minus shipping costs) to your original payment method. You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s processed.
Repairs
If a piece breaks or needs repair from normal wear, email me with photos of the damage. I’ll let you know if it’s repairable and what the repair fee would be before we proceed.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized pieces may not be eligible for return, but I’ll always do my best to find a fair solution.
